All Athlete Parent/ Guardian **IMPORTANT & URGENT**

The UIL has made a huge change in requirements.  The above link will take you to a "Gruver ISD Student Management Portal".  You will have to scroll to the bottom and create an account.  Then when you get in, on the search boxes, you enter the last name AND their student ID.  Their ID is on their report card (only the last digits, not any zeroes before the other numbers)  If you cannot locate your kid's ID # email kurt.haberthur@gruverisd.net and I can send it to you.

EVERY kid will have to have the UIL PAPF ELIGIBILITY FORM completed before NEXT Friday 7-24.  
Instructions:
1.  Go to the link and create a new account
2.  Look on the left side of the screen when you get into the main page for "STUDENT FORMS"
3.  Click UIL PAPF ELIGIBILITY
4.  MAKE sure you click that you attended Gruver last year, and you will be finished.  (INCOMING FRESHMEN:  it says did you attend Gruver High School last year, click yes)
5.  New transfers are not in the system yet until you enroll.  If you can get up to the HS this week and enroll I need you to email me the following so I can enter them into Rank One:  First and Last Name, STUDENT ID, Date of Birth, Street Address, Age.  If you can't and are waiting until the new student registration, that will be fine.

It would be GREATLY appreciated if you can get this completed ASAP.  If you have problems, email me and I'll see if I can figure it out.  The UIL is making this a requirement for every single athlete in the state to try to curb the sketchy transfers.

At this time we will only be using Rank One for this purpose.  We won't put schedules, messages, etc on there, as we try to limit the platforms we communicate on.
